Distribution & OEM Partnership

A wash result your
competitors can't quote.

Equipment specifications converge. Wash results don't. What we supply is a system where the chemistry was built for the machine — and a consumable programme that keeps earning after the sale.

Home / Partnership

Every equipment catalogue in this industry reads roughly the same. Gantry or tunnel, so many vehicles per hour, this power supply, that footprint. A distributor competing on those numbers is competing on price, and that is a race with a predictable ending.

We are not the cheapest machine. What we offer a distributor is different: a wash result the operator cannot reproduce with anyone else's chemistry, and a consumable line that reorders every month because of it.

The Commercial Case

The machine sells once. The chemistry sells every month.

Equipment margin is a single transaction, and once the unit is installed the revenue event is over. The chemical programme is different: it is consumed continuously, and it cannot be substituted without the site losing the finish it has been selling to its customers.

That is the entire economic argument, and it only holds if the chemistry is genuinely matched rather than merely bundled. A generic detergent can always be swapped for a cheaper one. A formulation built around that machine's pressure, flow and cycle cannot — not without the wash visibly degrading.

Which is why we spend so much of this website explaining Venturi dosing rather than listing throughput figures. The technical argument is the commercial argument.

Your Selling Argument

What you demonstrate to close a deal

Run one vehicle through, and the specification conversation ends. Cars leave our systems — touchless or brush — not simply clean, but coated.

01

It looks detailed, not washed

Gloss with real depth in the paint, and a film you can feel when you run a hand over it. The kind of finish a customer associates with a detail shop, not a forecourt — and it is visible the moment the car comes out.

02

In-cycle, no second process

The protective layer goes on inside the same cycle that cleans the vehicle. No separate bay, no additional labour, no extra time per car — which is what makes it commercially viable at wash prices.

03

A tier the operator can price

The site is no longer selling "a wash" against every other wash in town. It is selling a finish, at a ticket that reflects it — and that margin is what funds the equipment purchase.

On brush systems this matters twice over: the same film that produces the finish is also what lubricates the brush against the clear coat — answering the single biggest objection to brush washing.
Three Structures

Ways to work together

One thing worth stating up front: we are a chemistry company first. Equipment is manufactured through a long-standing strategic partnership — they develop and tune the machine, we develop the chemistry that runs in it. That division of labour is why the two actually fit each other, rather than being sourced separately and hoped to match.

01

Equipment distribution

Territory arrangements for touchless and brush systems, supplied with the matched chemistry programme. Suited to distributors with installation and service capability in their market.

Commissioning procedure and calibration methodology are transferred as part of the arrangement — the chemistry is only worth what the calibration makes it.

02

Chemical supply & OEM

Formulation and production for partners already running a fleet, whether ours or another manufacturer's. Our specification or under your own label.

Concentrate supply reduces shipped volume substantially, which matters on landed cost outside short-haul freight range.

03

Matching consultation

If you operate other equipment and cannot get consistent results, the cause is often dosing rather than product quality.

Given pressure, flow rate and cycle data, we can determine what concentration is actually being delivered — and what formulation belongs on that machine.

The Terms

What the arrangement actually looks like

Stated plainly, so nobody spends three exchanges finding out something that could have been said in the first.

How we selectOn capability, not order size. What matters is whether you have a technical team in market that can install, commission and service the equipment — and keep doing it as the installed base grows. We are not looking for someone to place a container order and resell it.
TerritoryDiscussed case by case, against the market and the level of commitment involved. We would rather structure something that makes sense for both sides than apply a template.
Equipment warrantyOne year. For overseas partners this covers replacement parts for non-user-induced component failure. Installation and service labour are handled by your team in market. Beyond the warranty period, parts are supplied on a chargeable basis.
Chemical supplyVolumes, packaging and lead times are set with each partner. Concentrate supply is available and usually makes sense on landed cost for longer freight routes.
Technical transferCommissioning procedure, draw-rate calibration methodology and fault diagnosis are documented and transferred to your engineers. This is not optional — the chemistry only performs if the calibration is right.
DocumentationProduct specifications and safety data sheets are provided. Equipment certification documentation is available on request; requirements differ by market and are worth raising early.

The service model is the part worth being clear about. We are not going to fly a technician to your market for a nozzle. What we do instead is make sure your engineers know the machine as well as we do — which, for a partner with real capability, is the more useful arrangement anyway.

Fit

Who this works for

If the requirement is the lowest unit price on a commodity detergent, we are probably not the right supplier — and we would rather say so in the first exchange than the third.

Starting a conversation

There is no formal application process. What makes a first message useful:

From there we can usually tell within one exchange whether there is something worth building. If there is, the next step is normally a technical visit to Taichung — because the wash result is the argument, and it does not photograph as well as it demonstrates.
