Formulation has been our core business since 1989. Car wash chemistry is designed against the equipment it runs on, not sourced separately and hoped to fit.
Paiject Industries began manufacturing automotive care chemistry in 1989 — coatings, detergents, protectants and related products. That is the capability we brought into car wash equipment: not sourcing a machine to resell, but designing the machine and the chemistry as one system.
Our equipment doses through a Venturi injector, where draw rate responds to water pressure, flow and the viscosity of the chemical itself. Substituting a product with different rheology changes the delivered concentration even when nothing on the machine has been altered. The full technical explanation is here →
Pre-wash agent
Loosens and lifts surface dust and coarse particulate, reducing the load carried into the cleaning stage.
Touchless detergent
The primary cleaning chemistry. Removes bonded soil with no mechanical contact, working with high-pressure volume.
Titanium protectant
Forms a protective layer on the finish, delivering gloss and slickness. Applied within the wash cycle — no separate process.
Microcapsule coating shampoo
Wash and coating completed in one pass. The formulation lays a film across the body that provides both lubrication and protection — the brush travels on the film rather than on the clear coat.
The finish shows gloss, slickness and water beading. This formulation exists specifically to answer the principal objection to brush systems.
Matching equipment →After installation, draw rate is measured and calibrated against the site's actual water pressure and flow — not the specification sheet's assumption.
Pressure shifts, nozzles wear. Concentration is verified on the service schedule rather than assumed to hold from handover.
Operators connect the drum and start the cycle. No ratio decisions, no measuring, no judgement call at 7am on a busy forecourt.
Chemical supply and contract formulation are open to partners. If you operate or distribute equipment from another manufacturer, matching is still a solvable technical problem — we work from the machine's pressure, flow rate and cycle timing.
Pressure, flow rate and cycle timing are enough to begin. Matching is a technical exercise, and we can start from the equipment you already run.
