You know you should go direct — but where do you actually find real factories? These three channels work best:

1. Meet factories at trade shows

Trade shows are the most direct way to find genuine manufacturers. You talk face to face, inspect physical samples, and judge on the spot whether you're dealing with a factory or a trader.
